Refunds for Tabby & Tamara Orders
- Refunds for orders paid via Tabby or Tamara are processed exclusively through the same provider, back to your original payment method.
- Once we approve your refund, the provider will cancel or adjust your remaining installments and refund any amounts you have already paid, according to their terms. Tamara may require 3–14 days to review and complete refunds.
- Orders paid via Tabby or Tamara cannot be refunded in cash or as gift cards.
- Your repayment obligations toward Tabby or Tamara remain governed by their terms until the refund is confirmed by the provider.
